WordPress Plugins

Are you a blogger and use WordPress for blog writing? Do you want to increase the functionality of your WordPress because WordPress is 100% free for you when you install it on your system? So here Plugins are those key feature of WordPress which can fulfill your needs.

WordPress is very much associated with blogging due to its plugins architecture and template system.

Here, I’m going to describe the plugins. Plugins are tools which we can use to add specified features in any existing software. In my this blog I am going to explain you lifecycle of WordPress plugins development.

Why we need Plugins?:

In 2003, after the launch of WordPress, the IT industry revolutionize itself. Of course, every newly launched application is not 100% perfect and it needs some update. Same happened to WordPress.

There were also some changes needed to WordPress for example when we need customization. There we used plugins instead of developing it again.

Plugins are sort of software which helps in the functionality of an existing application. The number of WordPress plugins was 55,286 till March 2017 and now it would be over 57 thousand. These plugins are made in such an easy way that even non-technical users can apply plugins without knowing even a single word about coding. They can enhance usefulness or add new highlights to your WordPress sites.

These plugins are made in the PHP programming language and coordinate consistently with WordPress. The design of Plugins is good enough to allow third-party development which extends the usefulness of the application.

How Plugins Work?:

The host application gives admin rights which the plugins can utilize, including a route for plugins to enroll themselves with the host application and a convention for the exchange of information with plugins.

Plugins rely upon services given by the host application and don’t as a rule work without anyone else’s input. On the other hand, the host application works autonomously of the plugins, making it feasible for end-users to include and refresh modules.

Conclusion:

As I elaborate that WordPress Plugins are easy to apply and these are very much helpful. In the future, developers are working to make it more easy and helpful.
